Resep  Tumis Daging Lokio Aroma Khasnya Menggugah Selera!

Lokio alias bawang batak yang renyah dengan aroma khas sangat sedap ditumis dengan daging sapi, lauk ini cocok disantap dengan nasi hangat. Daging sapi bisa diganti dengan ikan atau ayam jika suka.

 Tumis Daging Lokio

Bahan-bahan

  • 400 daging sapigrm
  • 2 lbr daun salam
  • 3 lbr daun jeruk
  • 2 cm jahe (geprek)
  • 750 ml air (kurleb)
  • 1sdt garam

Bumbu iris :

  • 3 siung baput
  • 5 btr bamer
  • 5 bh cabe rawit hijau
  • 1 bh cabe merah besar
  • 2 bh cabe rawit merah
  • 1 bh tomat
  • Bahan lainnya:
  • 1 ikat kecil daun kemangi
  • 1 ikat lokio
  • Gula secukupnya

Cara membuat : 

  1. rebus daging dengan semua bumbu diatas dengan panci bertekanan tinggi selama 20 menit dihitung dari mulai berdesis. Setelah matang potong dadu (sesuai selera) . Sisihkan
  2. Tumis bumbu iris hingga harum masukan rebusan daging aduk-aduk hingga agak harum lalu tambahkan kaldu (air rebusan daging) dan tambahkan secukupnya gula kemudian didihkan (jgn lupa tes rasa). 
  3. Setelah air agak surut masukan lokio masak hingga agak empuk terakhir sebelum diangkat masukan kemangi. 
  4. Setelah matang angkat sajikan.
