Resep Bolu Panggang Ketan Hitam Yang Empuk Lembut dan Tidak Seret

Bolu panggang ketan hitam memang punya tekstur yang agak berbeda dari bolu panggang yang terbuat dari tepung terigu. Meski mungkin tekstur tepung ketan agak terasa kasar, tapi bolu panggang ketan hitam bisa dibuat bebas seret. Dengan takaran bahan yang pas, kita bisa membuat bolu ketan hitam panggang yang empuk.

Bahan:

  • 250 gram tepung ketan hitam
  • 6 butir telur utuh
  • 190 gram gula pasir
  • 180 ml minyak goreng
  • 1 sdt emulsifier (me: ovalet)
  • 27 gram susu bubuk fullcream
  • 1/2 sdt vanila bubuk
  • 1/2 sdt garam 

Cara membuat:

  1.  Panaskan oven suhu 180 darcel, oles loyang dengan margarin dan taburi sedikit terigu, sisihkan.
  2.  Ayak tepung ketan bersama susu bubuk, vanila dan garam, sisihkan.
  3.  Kocok gula, telur dan emulsifier sampai mengembang dan berwarna putih pucat, turunkan speed mixer, masukkan tepung ketan secara bertahap sambil terus di mixer sampai tercampur rata, masukkan minyak goreng, mixer terus sampai rata, matikan mixer.
  4.  Tuang adonan kedalam loyang, ketuk perlahan supaya tidak ada gelembung udara yang terperangkap, lalu oven selama 35-40 menit sampai matang (tergantung oven masing2), angkat, keluarkan dari loyang, dinginkan, potong2 dan sajikan.
