Resep Stik Mie Ayam Keju. Camilan Sehat Yang Bikin Kenyang 

Banyak banget camilan - camilan anak yang dijual oleh pedagang keliling ya moms. Kadang worry gitu ngga sich, kalo anak beli camilan sembarangan? Pastilah ya, orang tua mana yang ngga kuatir kalo anaknya makan, makanan yang kurang menyehatkan. Nah... Resep dari moms Indry Hapsari bisa jadi alternatif untuk camilan anak - anak sehari - hari, enak, menyehahatkan dan bergizi tinggi. Proses membuatnya cukup mudah kok, bahan - bahannya pun gampang untuk didapatkan di supermarket ato swalayan terdekat dengan rumah.

Yukk.. moms ikutin step - step dalam membuatnya dan bahan - bahan yang harus disiapkan

Bahan - bahan :

  • 70 gr mie telur kering (rebus sampai agak lunak, tiriskan)
  • 100 gr dada ayam, cincang halus
  • 50 gr keju cheddar, parut
  • 1 buah bawang bombay ukuran kecil
  • 2 buah bawang putih, cincang halus
  • 1 butir telur ayam
  • 3 sdm peres tepung terigu serbaguna
  • secukupnya garam, gula dan merica
  • 1 sdm munjung susu bubuk
  • 75 ml air putih
  • 2 sdm butter/margarine untuk menumis

Bahan pelapis :

  • 1-2 butir telur ayam
  • secukupnya tepung panko/roti

Langkah - langkah :

  1.  Tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay menggunakan butter/margarine sampai harum dan layu. Angkat.
  2.  Larutkan susu bubuk dengan 75 ml air hangat, aduk rata. Lalu campur rata mie yang sudah direbus, ayam cincang, keju, terigu, telur dan susu yang dicairkan tadi. Beri bumbu, aduk rata kembali. Tes rasa dengan menggoreng/merebus sedikit adonan.
  3. Tuang dalam loyang yang sudah dioles sedikit minyak sayur dan dilapis kertas roti (saya pakai loyang anti lengket yang dioles sedikit minyak sayur). Ratakan. Kemudian kukus dalam dandang yang tutupnya dilapis lap bersih kurleb 25 menit. Angkat. Dinginkan. Setelah dingin potong-potong memanjang.
  4. Lalu celup kedalam kocokan telur, gulingkan ke dalam tepung panko, ratakan keseluruh permukaannya sambil ditekan lembut. Lakukan sampai selesai. Bisa langsung digoreng ataupun didiamkan dulu di dalam kulkas
  5.  Goreng dalam minyak diatas api kecil/sedang sampai coklat keemasan. Angkat, tiriskan

 Sajikan dengan saus sambal cocolan. Tapi dimakan begitu aja juga enaaakk
