Resep Bubur Ayam Menu Sarapan Lezat Nomer Wahid!

Sarapan sangat penting untuk mengisi tenaga ketika akan mulai menjalankan aktivitas selama sehari penuh. Asupan makanan di pagi hari juga dibutuhkan agar badan selalu sehat. Bagi orang Indonesia ada beberapa macam sarapan favorit, yakni bubur ayam, nasi uduk, nasi kuning, nasi goreng, lontong sayur bubur kacang hijau dan roti. Dari beragam bentuk sarapan, menu berupa Bubur Ayam mungkin jadi hidangan paling banyak dipilih setiap pagi.

Tak hanya untuk menu sarapan pagi, sajian bubur ayam pun kerap dipilih saat sedang sakit karena makanan ini lebih mudah dicerna oleh tubuh. Nah, bagi Bunda yang ingin menghadirkan menu Bubur Ayam sebagai sajian santap pagi bareng keluarga, atau karena sedang kurang sehat, maka berikut resep Bubur Ayam yang bisa Bunda coba praktekkan di rumah.

Bahan-bahan : 

  • 2 cup beras rendam semalaman
  • 1 buah dada ayam
  • 2 lembar daun salam
  • 1 sdt garam
  • 2 liter air

Bumbu kuah :

  • 4 butir bawang merah
  • 2 siung bawang putih
  • 2 butir kemiri
  • 1 sdt ketumbar
  • 1 ruas kunyit
  • 1 lembar daun salam
  • 1 lembar daun jeruk
  • 1 ruas lengkuas geprek
  • 1 batang sereh geprek
  • Gula,garam,kaldu bubuk
  • Merica bubuk

Pelengkap : 

  • Daun bawang,seledri
  • Kacang kedelai goreng
  • Kerupuk
  • Bawang goreng
  • Cakwe
  • Sambal
  • Kecap manis

Cara Membuat : 

  1. Didihkan air di panci, masukkan beras, garam dan daun salam, proses hingga menjadi bubur dengan api sedang saja, supaya tidak mudah gosong, sesekali diaduk-aduk.
  2. Haluskan bumbu kuah kecuali daun-daunan dan bahan yang digeprek. Didihkan 500 ml air di panci, masukkan dada ayam, rebus dengan api kecil saja.
  3. Panaskan minyak goreng, tumis bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan tadi hingga harum, masukkan daun salam, daun jeruk, lengkuas dan sereh, tumis hingga bumbu matang lalu masukkan ke panci rebusan ayam tadi, beri gula, garam, kaldu bubuk dan merica bubuk, masak hingga ayam empuk.
  4. Jika ayam sudah empuk angkat dan goreng sebentar lalu suwir-suwir. Kuah rebusan ayam digunakan untuk kuah bubur.
  5. Tata bubur di mangkuk saji dengan pelengkapnya, beri kuah, sajikan hangat.

Voilaaa.. Bubur Ayam siap dinikmati hangat-hangat dengan segelas teh hangat tawar, tak cuma akan menghangatkan badan namun juga menjadi mood booster yang jempolan! Yummyy...
