Ingin Mencicipi Sup yang Pedas Sekaligus Menyegarkan? Coba Resep Tom Yam Seafood ini Saja, Yuk!

Punya stok produk olahan seafood beku di rumah? Kita sulap jadi masakan yang sehat dan menyegarkan, yuk. Pernah dengar Tom Yam? Sup asal Thailand ini bisa banget kamu buat menggunakan olahan seafood beku tadi. Kamu cukup menyiapkan bumbu dan bahan-bahan pelengkap lainnya. Jika kamu belum pernah memasak sup ini sama sekali, kamu bisa ikuti resep tom yam seafood berikut ini.

Bahan-Bahan

Bahan untuk satu resep tom yam seafood ini dibagi menjadi tiga jenis bahan, yaitu:

 Bahan A:

  • Secukupnya produk olahan seafood beku
  • 200 gr udang segar (buang kepala dan kulitnya)
  • 300 gr cumi segar (bersihkan tintanya dan dipotong ukuran medium)
  • 1 keping bihun
  • 1 ikat pakcoi
  • Secukupnya sawi putih
  • 2 sdm kecap ikan
  • 2 sdm kecap asin
  • Secukupnya garam
  • Secukupnya merica
  • Secukupnya gula
  • Secukupnya air
  • 5 buah jeruk nipis (diambil airnya saja)
  • 5 lembar daun jeruk (dibuang batang tengahnya) 

Bahan B (dihaluskan):

  • 6 siung bawang merah
  • 3 siung bawang putih
  • 1 buah cabai merah besar (sesuai selera, jika suka pedas bisa ditambah)
  • 6 buah cabai rawit merah (sesuai selera, jika suka pedas bisa ditambah)
  • 5 buah cabai merah keriting (sesuai selera, jika suka pedas bisa ditambah)
  • 3 butir kemiri

 Bahan C (digeprek)

  • 1 buah lengkuas ukuran sedang
  • 1 batang serai ukuran besar

Langkah Pembuatan

Sebelum memulai masak, pastikan semua bahan sudah dicuci bersih, ya.

  1.  Tumislah bahan B dan C,
  2.  Jika sudah agak layu, tambahkan daun jeruk.
  3.  Tunggu sampai bumbu masak dan mengeluarkan bau yang harum. Lalu, tambahkan air secukupnya.
  4.  Setelah air mendidih, masukkan produk olahan seafood beku, udang dan cumi,
  5.  Setelah udang, cumi, dan olahan seafood beku setengah matang, masukkan air jeruk nipis, kecap ikan, kecap asin, garam, merica, dan gula (sambil koreksi rasa, ya),
  6.  Setelah rasa sudah pas, masukkan bihun,
  7.  Masukkan pakcoi dan sawi putih jika bihun sudah hampir matang. Tunggu sayuran layu, lalu angkat.
