Wakakaa kemarin pas ada yang bilang bikinin resep odading viral, langsung penasaran n ternyata di Bandung haha kangen donk..

Special buat tanpa ulen yah biar semua bisa bikin tanpa kesulitan! So pasti lembut n mengembang. Dan kali ini versi ekonomis, jadi cocok juga buat ide jualan 

Odading udah mkn tp blm jadi Ironman nih. Gimana dong?

RESEP ODADING IRON MAN

  • Bahan untuk 12-15pcs odading:
  • 100 ml (10sdm) Air hangat
  • 50-60 gr (3-4sdm) Gula
  • 3 gr(1sdt) Ragi instant
  • 1 butir Telur ukuran kecil
  • 30 gr (3sdm) Minyak goreng
  • 250 gr (25sdm) Tepung terigu
  • 1/2 sdt Garam
  • Minyak goreng untuk menggoreng

Cara membuat :

  1. Aduk rata air hangat dan gula hingga larut. Masukan ragi dan diamkan hingga berbuih (+/-10-15menit). Masukan telur, minyak goreng dan aduk rata
  2. 2Dalam wadah aduk rata terigu dan garam. Kemudian tuang adonan ragi yg sudah berbuih kemudian "cukup aduk dengan sendok" diamkan hingga mengembang 2 kali (40menit-2jam)
  3. Kempeskan adonan dan gilas di meja yang sudah ditaburi tepung hingga membentuk persegi panjang kemudian diamkan kembali 10-20menit (kalo mo lbh padat ga perlu didiamkan lg yah langsung goreng)
  4. Potong2 adonan sesuai selera. Disini sy bagi menjadi 12bagian dengan ketebalan 1-1.5cm
  5. Panaskan minyak dan goreng dengan api sedang cendrung kecil hingga kecoklatan. Angkat dan hidangkan hangat

Tips and trick :

  • Terigu bebas bisa pakai protein tinggi / sedang. Disini sy pakai yg protein sedang untuk dpt texture padat n lembut dr odading Pengalaman sy klo pake protein tinggi perlu sedikit lbh banyak cairan.
  • Jangan lupa memanaskan minyak yaa.. Jika kurqng panas odading bakal menyerap minyak
  • Adonan yg tepat tidak lengket di wadah "Cukup diaduk dengan sendok"
  • Saat menggoreng sy ga aduk2 jd kluar white ring hihi..
