Resep Telur Gabus Keju Renyah


Telur gabus keju renyah

dhe's kitchen (Subandhini A.P)  ( cookpad ) 

Bahan-bahan :

  • 250 gram tepung sagu/kanji/tapioka
  • 2 butir telur
  • 50 gram mentega/ margarine (suhu ruangan)
  • 100 gram keju Cheddar (parut)
  • 1/4 sendok teh garam
  • minyak untuk menggoreng

Langkah :

  1. Blender keju parut,mentega,garam,telur hingga halus,lembut dan tercampur rata
  2. Masukan tepung sagu/kanji/tapioka ke mangkuk..buat lubang ditengah lali tuang hasil blenderan yang sudah halus tadi
  3. Aduk dengan spatula..lalu uleni dengan tangan sampai kalis dan mudah dibentuk
  4. Ambil sejumput adonan, jangan terlalu besar agar kue kering dan renyah. Letakkan di telapak tangan 
  5. Kemudian gelintirkan adonan dengan cara menggosokan kedua telapak tangan hingga adonan berbentuk silinder panjang dengan ujung-ujung yang runcing (seperti cacing)
  6. Masukan adonan yang sudah dibentuk kedalam wajan yg berisi minyak dingin (minyak dengan suhu normal yg belum dipanaskan) hingga semua adonan terendam
  7. Jika telah cukup banyak adonan yang terendam minyak, hidupkan api kompor dan panaskan minyak dengan api kecil/sedang.
  8. Biarkan minyak menjadi panas dan adonan kue terlihat mengeras. Jangan mengaduk saat adonan belum kering.. Karna bs membuat adonan pecah2
  9. Setelah warna aga keemasan angkat kue dan tiriskan Nb : jangan menggoreng terlalu lama dan terlalu coklat karna rasa kue akan menjadi sedikit pahit
  10. Masukan ke dalam wadah yang kedap apabila kue sudah benar2 dingin supaya terjaga kerenyahannya
